15. RECEIVE AND FILE AND ADOPT THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO’S FINAL SYSTEMIC SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT PROGRAM (SSARP) AND LOCAL ROAD SAFETY PLAN (LRSP) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive and file and adopt the City of Montebello’s final Systemic Safety Analysis Report Program (SSARP) and Local Road Safety Plan (LRSP) prepared by Mark Thomas & Company, Inc.; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
