18. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4115 WITH CARE SOLACE, INC.,TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH COMMUNITY BASED COUNSELING RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4115 between Care Solace, Inc., (“Care Solace”) and the City of Montebello to continue providing assistance to residents with finding community-based counseling; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 between Care Solace and the City of Montebello; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
