Equipment Purchase for Public Works\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Waive formal contract procedures per Municipal Code Section 2. 40. 100;\n2) Approve the purchase of a new skip loader via a contract through Sourcewell\nFormerly known as the National Joint Power Alliance) Contract No. 11723- JDC\nbetween Sourcewell and John Deere;\n3) Approve a proposal in the amount of $ 127, 166. 635 from RDO Equipment\nCompany; and\n4) Declare existing equipment 1985 Massey Fergusson 50E ( Equipment No. 101)\nsurplus and to be auctioned by the Auction Company of Perris, CA.
