PLANNING APPLICATION PDRC-23-0001 TO ADD THE “LEROY 24-252 ANDERSON HOUSE” AT 208 MAGNOLIA STREET TO THE LOCAL HISTORIC REGISTER AND APPROVE A MILLS ACT CONTRACT FOR THE PROPERTY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (“Common Sense”) of the CEQA Guidelines. 2. Adopt City Council Resolution 2024-XX to place the “Leroy Anderson House” at 208 Magnolia Street on the Local Register of Historic Places. 3.
