5. Consideration and possible action to appoint members to fill vacancies on the City’s Advisory Committees and the Planning Commission. (Takaoka) (30 mins) Recommendation: By majority vote of the entire City Council, appoint with terms of office ending in June 2028: a. Four members to the Planning Commission; b. Four members to the Civic Center Advisory Committee; c. Two members to the Emergency Preparedness Committee; d. Four members to the Finance Advisory Committee; e.
