D. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AND THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY The City Council is requested to approve the agreement for landscape and grounds maintenance services between the County of Los Angeles and the City. Recommendation: 1. Approve the Agreement for Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services (Agreement) (Attachment "A") with Los Angeles County (County); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
