15. Grant Application- Single Jurisdiction Local Hazard Mitigation Plan- Governor's Office of Emergency Services. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Ratify actions taken by staff for submission of the grant application signed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and prepared by Community Development Staff and its consultant for the Single Jurisdiction Local Hazard Mitigation Plan grant from the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
