7. 2022-23 MID-YEAR BUDGET REPORT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Receive and file the 2022-23 Mid-Year Budget Report; and\nB. Authorize one additional Police Officer position and appropriate $43,000\nin 2022-23 and $184,000 in 2023-24 from anticipated additional General\nFund revenues to fully fund the additional position through the end of the\n2022-24 budget cycle.
