5.5 Request to Move the Order of Oral Communications for Non-Agenda Items to Beginning of the Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: A. Consider the request to change the order and format of Oran Communications; and B. Provide direction regarding adoption of a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5217 TO REESTABLISH THE ORDER OF BUSINESS TO BE FOLLOWED IN REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.”
