13. Agreement and subsequent addendums with City of El Segundo whereby Hawthorne will continue to offer Computer Aided Dispatch (“CAD”), Custody Management (“CMS”), Records Management (RMS) and other public safety software systems and services. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Software System Management and Sublicensing Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and City of El Segundo, authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any documents related thereto and make any minor modifications.
