7. SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY HELICOPTER 24-269 SUPPORT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND THE CITY OF COSTA MESA RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Approve the Services Agreement for public safety helicopter support services between the City of Huntington Beach and the City of Costa Mesa for three years in an amount not to exceed $300,000 annually. 2. Approve the Consumer Price Index (CPI) annually and adjust the contract accordingly. 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Services Agreement, in substantially the form as attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, and future amendments to the Agreement.
