G. APPROVAL OF PLANS AND AUTHORIZATION TO INVITE BIDS FOR CITYWIDE CATCH BASIN INSERTS INSTALLATION (CIP NO. P24-01) The City Council is requested to approve the plans for the Citywide Catch Basin Inserts Installation Project and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids. Recommendation: 1. Approve plans for the Citywide Catch Basin Inserts Installation Project, Capital Improvement Project CIP No. P24-01; 2. Authorize staff to advertise the project for bids; 3. Grant the City Manager the ability to award the Citywide Catch Basin Insert Installation contract; and 4. Receive and file bid results and award of contract at a future meeting.
