K. THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SANDRA MEDRANO TO PROVIDE HOUSING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS The City Council is requested to approve a third amendment to the housing consultant services agreement for the City’s Home Improvement Programs. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the Third Amendment to the consultant services agreement with Sandra Medrano to provide housing consultant services for Fiscal Year 2024-25 and increase the total compensation by $56,000, for a total of $207,933; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the Third Amendment with Medrano for FY 2024-25.
