L. TEMPORARY MOBILE OFFICE TRAILERS DURING CITY HALL HVAC AND ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT CONSTRUCTION The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to evaluate and execute one of the recommended options for the Temporary Mobile Office Trailers during the City Hall HVAC and Roof Replacement Project Construction. Recommendation: 1. Purchase the lease using the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement method per the City’s Municipal Code (Chapter 2-5-8) from a contractor approved by the State of California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS), or United States General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Awards Schedule (MAS), or similar cooperative agreement; or 2. Add the purchase to the City Hall HVAC and Roof Replacement Contract after the selection of the contractor.
