O-24-1411 (SECOND READING)\nAMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 23.01.01 AND 23.02.25 TO\nIMPLEMENT STATE LAW REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council adopt Ordinance No. O-24-\n1411. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an appropriate motion\nwould be:\n“I move to adopt Ordinance No. O-24-1411, an Ordinance of the San Marino City\nCouncil amending Municipal Code Sections 23.01.01 and 23.02.25 to implement\nState law regarding accessory dwelling units.”
