13. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3972 WITH SEBASTION WATERWORKS (DBA MR.\nROOTER) AND INCREASE THE ANNUAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3972 between the City of Montebello and Sebastion\nWaterworks Inc., dba Mr. Rooter Plumbing to increase the not-to-exceed amount from $45,000 to\n$95,000; and,\n2. Authorize payment for emergency cleanup of debris from catch basins at the municipal golf course by a\nfour-fifths vote of the City Council to Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a not-to-exceed amount of $28,425; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
