10. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-13 TO AUTHORIZE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024-25 TO THE METRO BUS OPERATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE FOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION\nSECTION 5307 - 15% DISCRETIONARY CAPITAL FUNDS AND 1% ASSOCIATED TRANSIT IMPROVEMENT\nFUNDS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-13 to authorize submission of an application for Fiscal Year 2024-25 to the\nMetro Bus Operations Subcommittee for Federal Transit Administration Section 5307 - 15% Discretionary\nCapital Funds and 1% Associated Transit Improvement Funds; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
