ACCEPTANCE OF THE STORM DRAIN MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN 24-245 (SDMDP) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council accept Phase 1 of the Storm Drain Master Drainage Plan (SDMDP) update consisting of the Existing Conditions Assessment Report (ECAR) and the Proposed Drainage & Water Quality Improvements.
