6. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-040 Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to Enter into the Settlement Agreement with Kroger Co., Revert Funds to the County of Los Angeles, and to Execute any Documents Necessary to Implement the Action Unless the City intends to pursue its own litigation against Kroger Co., it is recommended that the City Council opt into the Settlement Agreement, revert settlement funds to the County of Los Angeles, and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute any documents necessary to implement the action.
