10. Approval of a two-year extension of the Affordable Homeownership Expansion Agreement and update to the Project Activities Implemented by the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity. Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to approve a no-cost two-year extension of the Affordable Homeownership Expansion Agreement and update to the Project Activities and associated funding sources; and 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding for this updated Program and Project Activities and make the necessary budget adjustment.
