G. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO CABCO YELLOW, INC. FOR SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-132, which will: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Cabco Yellow, Inc. dba California Yellow Cab (CYC). 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-46, by and between the City of San Clemente and Cabco Yellow, Inc., providing for the Senior Mobility Program Transportation Services, in an amount not to exceed $300,00, with two optional one year extensions not to exceed $100,000, exercisable by the City Manager’s discretion. 3. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 of the state CEQA Guidelines (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR Section 15301).
