B. APPROVAL OF A TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE RECEIPT OF SAFE CLEAN WATER PROGRAM FUNDS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 THROUGH FY 2027-28 The City Council is requested to approve a new transfer agreement with County of Los Angeles Flood Control District to receive funds from the Safe Clean Water Program. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Transfer Agreement (Attachment “A”) between the City and the County of Los Angeles Flood Control District for the receipt of Safe Clean Water Program Funds; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Transfer Agreement.
