3-F. AGREEMENT FOR THE COLLECTION OF CIVIC WASTE It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ware Disposal Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for collecting Civic Waste for an annual amount of $194,000; (2) Appropriating $194,000 from Fund 506 – Building Maintenance to the FY 2024-25 Budget for waste collection services; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
