8. 23-215 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Amendment 2 to the Landscape Maintenance Agreement with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., in the amount of $165,703, for irrigation repair and maintenance services for Citywide parks, beach accesses and facilities, for a revised amount of $1,241,557; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
