16. 23-234 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a Public Works Agreement (PWA) with Dave Bang and Associates Inc., in an amount of $584,459, with a contingency of $25,000, for the purchase and installation of replacement playground equipment at Martin Luther King Jr. Park; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
