7. 23-214 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Participating Addendum No. 2 (“Addendum No. 2”) to the purchase order with American Ramp Company for the design, manufacturing, and installation of additional skatepark elements at John Landes Park, in the amount of $30,000, for a revised total of $420,000; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the Purchase Order.
