12. 23-223 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Interfaith Community Services (ICS) for operation of Oceanside Bridge Housing for FY 2024-25, with the option to renew the contract for one additional year in the amount of $228,000 per year; authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
