10. APPROVE EMERGENCY PURCHASE ORDER FOR A.O. REED & CO, LLC TO REPLACE THE POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVER ROOM AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve by a four-fifths vote of the City Council an emergency purchase order with A.O. Reed & Co. LLC for emergency replacement of the Police Department Server Room Air Conditioning system per Montebello Municipal Code Section 3.20.050; and, 2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget by increasing appropriations by $54,534 in Account No. 100-80- 840-6040.60 (General Fund, Police Department, Headquarters Rehab-Repair, Contract Services Building Maintenance/Repairs); and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
