Item No. 24. 2024-0530 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT FOR PROJECT NO.1515 - CARSON STORMWATER CAPTURE FACILITY AT CARRIAGE CREST PARK EXTENDING THE CONTRACT THROUGH SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Operation and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Carson and the Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 2 extending the term of the contract through September 2025, for Project No. 1515 - Carson Stormwater Capture Facility at Carriage Crest Park. 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the contract following approval as to the form by the City Attorney.
