C. CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE BIENNIAL REVIEW The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 24-5774 affirming that there is no change to the City’s Conflict of Interest Code. Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 24-5774 which affirms that there is no change to the City’s Conflict of Interest Code “Designated Positions” and corresponding “Disclosure Category” and that if the Fair Political Practices Commission’s Regulation 18730 is amended, then the City’s Conflict of Interest Code will incorporate those amendments automatically.
