CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE BIENNIAL REVIEW\nThe City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 24-5774 affirming that\nthere is no change to the City’s Conflict of Interest Code.\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 24-5774 which affirms\nthat there is no change to the City’s Conflict of\nInterest Code “Designated Positions” and\ncorresponding “Disclosure Category” and that if\nthe Fair Political Practices Commission’s\nRegulation 18730 is amended, then the City’s\nConflict of Interest Code will incorporate those\namendments automatically.

D. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MV CHENG &\nASSOCIATES INC. FOR CONTINUED FINANCIAL SERVICES AND TRANSITION\nSUPPORT\nThe City Council is requested to approve an amendment to the services\nagreement with MV Cheng and Associates for assistance with financial services\nand transition support.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Transfer Agreement between the City and the County of Los\nAngeles Flood Control District for the receipt of Safe Clean Water Program\nFunds; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Transfer Agreement.
