D. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MV CHENG & ASSOCIATES INC. FOR CONTINUED FINANCIAL SERVICES AND TRANSITION SUPPORT The City Council is requested to approve an amendment to the services agreement with MV Cheng and Associates for assistance with financial services and transition support. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the First Amendment to the services agreement with MV Cheng & Associates Inc. to continue assistance with financial services, year- end audit preparation, and transition of duties to the incoming Administrative Services Director, for a total amount of $75,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment with MV Cheng & Associates Inc. on behalf of the City.
