APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MONTEREY PARK PROFESSIONAL CHIEF OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION MODIFYING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING LANGUAGE FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2023 TO JUNE 30, 2025 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment between the City of Monterey Park and the Monterey Park Professional Chief Officers’ Association (“MPPCOA”) in a form approved by the City Attorney; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
