8. FINAL ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL UPON COUNCILMEMBER JIMENEZ TO ENSURE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Evaluate the Investigation into the Workplace Incident on March 6, 2024, Involving Councilmember Jimenez; and 2. Consider taking Final Actions for Councilmember Jimenez to Ensure a Safe Working Environment for Employees in the City of Montebello; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
