ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-65 APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing and consider the following: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-65 approving the Fiscal Year 2023-24 draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
