10. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 23-236 Amendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with GeoPacifica, Inc., in the amount $150,000 for a not-to-exceed total maximum PSA amount of $950,000, for as-needed construction management services to augment Capital Improvement Program (CIP) staff through June 2025; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
