City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 23-245 Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Vista Community Clinic (VCC), in the amount of $46,300, for the Club 55 Senior Fitness Program at 448 Country Club Lane, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30,2025; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
