6.11 Consideration of Award of Contract No. CITY-1511, 2023 Annual Slurry Seal, to Doug Martin Contracting Company, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $309,382.81, and adopt Notice of Exemption regarding same RECOMMENDED ACTION: Award the Contract to Doug Martin Contracting Company, Inc. in the amount of $309,382.81 and authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to ten percent of the contract amount.
