4.7 PURCHASE AND REPLACE PROJECTORS AT THE ALISO VIEJO CENTER Recommended Action: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Western Audio Visual for the replacement of three projectors at the Aliso Viejo Center for an amount not to exceed $28,000; and 2.
