3-E. 2024/2025 CANNABIS TAX FUND GRANT PROGRAM (CTFGP) FUNDING FOR TWO LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Waiving bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Codes §3.20.050 (2) through (4), and authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No. 2004-A with Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the purchase of two (2) 2024 BMW R1250 RT-P 753 law enforcement motorcycles; (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
