4. Consideration to Reappropriate American Rescue Plan Act
Funds for the Basic Subsidy Program
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize the Director of Finance to reappropriate ARPA
Funds as indicated under Fiscal Impact as shown on the
table below for the Basic Subsidy Program and make
necessary changes to the budget; and
2. Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services
to coordinate all elements associated with the Program.
