13. Approval of an Agreement for Homelessness Coordination between the City of Hawthorne and St. Margaret Center RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with St. Margaret Center to establish a partnership that will fund and fill the position of a Homeless Services Supervisor. The Homeless Services Supervisor will coordinate homelessness outreach, services, and programs within the City of Hawthorne.
