16. REJECT PROPOSALS RECEIVED FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 24-19 FOR INSTALLATION OF TWO LED SIGNS AND AUTHORIZE STAFF TO PROCEED WITH ISSUING A NEW RFP RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Reject proposals received for Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 24-19 for Installation of Two (2) New LED Signs in accordance with City Municipal Code Section 3.20.080; and 2. Authorize staff to modify the project scope of work and RFP; and 3. Authorize staff to issue an updated RFP; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
