6. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-71 AMENDING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE BY RESCINDING AND REPLACING RESOLUTION 22-04 REVISING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED POSITIONS REQUIRED TO FILE PERIODIC STATEMENTS OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS (FORM 700) AND THEIR DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No.24-71 rescinding and replacing Resolution No. 22-04, thereby updating the appendix to the local Conflict of Interest Code to revise the list of designated positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700) and their disclosure categories; and 2. Direct the City Clerk's Office to file the 2024 Local Biennial Notice with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
