13. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 25-02 FOR CITYWIDE GRANT WRITING SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP No. 25-02) to solicit proposals from qualified firms for citywide grant writing and management services; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
