9. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 25-06 FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize staff to publish a Request for Proposal (RFP No. 25-06) to solicit proposals from qualified engineering and architectural firms for on-call engineering and architectural services; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
