I. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Emerald Isle Entertainment to operate the 2024 winter event at the Ken Dyda Civic Center. (Rodin) Recommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement (PSA), in the amount of $34,500, to Emerald Isle Entertainment (Emerald) to operate a roller skating rink for three days during the 2024 Winter Event at Ken Dyda Civic Center; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the PSA, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
