17. CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN GLOBAL SECURITY INC., TO PROVIDE BUILDING SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CARSON (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD American Global Security, Inc a three-year contract with two additional optional one-year extensions, to provide building security services to the City of Carson, for the period beginning November 11, 2024 through November 10, 2027, for a total cost not-to-exceed $2,660,542.87. — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
