10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES GATEWAY REGION\nINTEGRATED REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY FOR COST\nSHARING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MONITORING EQUIPMENT AND MONITORING\nPURSUANT TO THE HARBOR TOXIC POLLUTANTS TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY LOAD\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve an agreement with the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water\nManagement Joint Powers Authority (Contract No. 2232) for cost sharing for the\ninstallation of monitoring equipment and monitoring pursuant to the Harbor Toxic\nPollutants Total Maximum Daily Load; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and all related\ndocuments.
