Fiscal Year 2023-24 General Fund Mid-Year Budget Review and approval of a\nMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City of Pomona, Los Angeles County Police\nAssociation, and County of Los Angeles\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Review the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 General Fund Mid-Year Budget Report\n2) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-28 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24\nOPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET\n3) Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between; Los Angeles County Police\nChiefs' Association ("LACPCA") (Acting as “HOST Coordinator”); City of Pomona\n("City") (Acting as the "Fiscal Agent" for Los Angeles County Police Chiefs’\nAssociation); and County of Los Angeles by and through Los Angeles County Chief\nExecutive Office Homeless Initiative ("CEO-HI") and coordinated with the Los Angeles\nCounty Sheriff’s Department ("LASD") utilizing resources allocated by the County of\nLos Angeles ("County") for law enforcement homeless outreach services.
